Thank you for your help and your expert advice and your sincere feeling about my situation. I know you could have told me anything to get me to sign up with your business. But you didn't, you gave me free good advice and even helped me check out this other business to make sure they were OK. You took that extra step with me when you didn't have to. Helloooo again Ed, So many great things seem to be happening all around us so I know we are truly blessed. Our daughter married a wonderful young man last month, it was a most beautiful wedding and our son came home from Afghanistan 3 days later. Now it looks like we are getting our life back in order, what more can we ask! Ed you have been a true blessing, your email just caught my eye and I went with my gut feeling! Mr. Benko, Thank you for taking the time to talk with me last night. No one had even suggested I call directly to FHA. I took your advice and called them last night. Yes, I have asked for the money back from the latest company, $1,250.00. The phone and email message were on November 11, 2008 yet still no word and no money! I am contacting them today threatening to call an attorney to see if that helps! I wish I knew about you and your company sooner! I received WONDERFUL news from DeDee in regards to our loan modification paperwork that I sent in before I contacted you. We have been approved to modify our loan and drop our interest rate just over 5%. So all in all this was wonderful news that makes us very happy.
