Client agrees to arbitrate any disputes should an amicable resolution not be reached. Client understands and agrees that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances after execution of contract and / or work has begun however, should GCS fail is any / all efforts to effect positive change, and / or fail to provide any legitimate alternative solutions, a refund of 50% will be issued. No refunds will be considered / granted on partial payment and / or installment payment plans. Exceptions are determined on a case by case basis. Genesis is here to help you, not cheat you.
