We only employ people with no less than 5 years of previous work experience in banking, finance, lending, and debt collection / recovery. Everyone at Genesis possesses a solid working / technical knowledge of the mortgage banking / foreclosure proceedings.
Don´t be misled by sales people claiming to be foreclosure experts! Absolutely no one (except for legal counsel) can "cancel" a pending foreclosure by simply taking your money… I know it sounds good but, in the real world, that´s just not true. Foreclosure is an extraordinary legal proceeding. There is no "magic wand" to make in instantly go away. We have 15 years of experience dealing with mortgage lenders, and loss mitigation departments. We have the know how, and industry knowledge to get things done quickly, and effectively.
Genesis is not trying to discredit our competition as there are many qualified, legitimate firms like ours to choose from.
